The ALAS Aviation Volunteers Club brings together pilots, aviation professionals, educators, students, and community members who believe that access and mentorship can change the trajectory of a young person's life.

Our volunteers help us open doors to aviation through youth outreach, career exploration events, airport and industry tours, discovery flight opportunities, mentorship, STEM education, fundraising, and community events.

You don't have to be a pilot or work in aviation to make an impact. Whether you can volunteer at an event, mentor a student, share your career, help behind the scenes, or simply lend a hand when we need it—there's a place for you here.

ALAS was built on the idea of paying it forward, and I'm so excited to build a community of people who want to do exactly that.
